Located at the foot of the old ramparts of the town, the public garden looks like an English garden : an arboretum composed of 35 different species of trees, flower beds, a river, waterfalls, a kiosk ans stairs in the Art Deco architecture, animals .... and a wall dedicated to the citie's who helped during the Reconstruction. it's a real pleasure to wander around the "Green lungs" of the town. Albert, the public garden



In the last half of the 19th Century, the mechanical industry developed in Albert. In 1897, the ROCHET bike factory created a 333m long test lane along the Ancre River hence the name Velodrome. Today, tje Velodrome is a natural place with 2 ponds surrounded by trees. It's a Heaven for fishermen, strollers, and cyclists. Free entrance.

Situated in the charming little village of Suzanne, le Jardin de Lilith (Lilith's Garden) is composed  of 2700 different species in a 300m² garden : fragant plants, perennials, shrubs, forgotten vegetables and dye plants.
